PROCOS Spain has been asked by the Spanish Ministry of Culture to manage the maintenance project of two buildings in Oviedo. The two buildings are the Museum of Archeology (5.600 m2) and the city’s archive (11.500 m2).
The works are being carried out during the last quarter of this year. In a first step the works will include the inventory of equipments and architecture elements, the procedures for the preventive maintenance, the energy management program and the security instructions. In a second step the ‘as built’ documentation will be validated and the installations and the architectural elements will be tested to ensure that the requirements of the project are achieved.
