PROCOS APLICA WPI A PHILIPS EINDOVEN

Después del trabajo para Philips en Bélgica y Luxemburgo, se le pidió a PROCOS la implantación de un Nuevo concepto de oficina en la sede central de Philips Lighting en Eindhoven (Países Bajos). Con el programa WPI (Work Place Innovation), Philips quiere mejorar el espacio de las oficinas.
PROCOS está a cargo de la gestión de espacios (planificación del espacio, diseño de interior) gestión del proyecto y gestión del cambio.

PROCOS Y MOBIUS EN PHILIPS

El día 12 de febrero. PROCOS organizó un seminario junto con MÖBIUS en la sede belga de Philips. Este seminario dio a conocer el método para bajar los costes operativos siendo innovador en el diseño de puestos de trabajo.
Junto a Philips, se mostró a la audiencia, durante las dos horas de seminario, un caso práctico de gestión de espacios, procesos y la gestión del cambio.

CONFERENCIA SOBRE GESTION ENERGETICA

El 28 de octubre, PROCOS España organizó un encuentro técnico para sus clientes en Madrid en colaboración con la empresa de ingeniería Test-Grupo JG y los arquitectos B/SV. Clientes de los sectores público y privado acudieron a este encuentro que giraba en torno a tres temas: certificaciones de eficiencia energética, nuevos y obligatorios procedimientos legales en España para sistemas de climatización (HVAC) y servicios con valor añadido en la Gestión de Infraestructuras e Instalaciones.

Portugal Telecom (PT) es el proveedor líder en telecomunicaciones y servicios multimedia en el mercado portugués. Sus bienes inmuebles están constituidos por aproximadamente 2.000 edificios, de los cuales 400 están gestionados por PT – PRO.

ARCHIBUS EN EL CENTRO COMERCIAL MASSEN

A mediados de 2008 PROCOS Luxemburgo aplicó ARCHIBUS en el centro comercial Massen de Luxemburgo. El centro comercial tiene aproximadamente 23.000 m2, incluyendo sus 20 tiendas y una gasolinera.

After the work for Philips Belgium and Luxemburg, PROCOS was asked to implement a new office concept in the Philips Lighting Headquarters in Eindhoven (Netherlands). With the WPI (Work Place Innovation) program, Philips wants to improve the office space.
PROCOS is in charge of the implementation of the concept (space planning, interior design), project management and change management.

The 12th of February, PROCOS organized a seminar together with MÖBIUS at the Belgian Philips headquarters. This seminar gave an insight in the method to lower operational costs by being innovative in your work place design.
Together with Philips, we showed the audience during the well-attended 2 hour seminar a practical business case around space, processes and change management.

MINISTRY OF HEALTH USES the PROJECT LIBRARY

September 2008, The Ministry of Health decided to use the PROCOS Project Library for the document management for the renovation of their offices in Paris. The project will run over a period of 5 years during which all project documents and communication will be managed by the Project Library.

LE FIGARO USES the PROJECT LIBRARY

For the construction of their new printing centre in Paris (France), Le Figaro is using the PROCOS Project Library during the entire project for their document and communication management. Design phase began in 2007 adding 71 users, and 2,000 documents on the Project Library. The intensive use of automated workflows makes this project a perfect example and reference for the advantages of using the Project Library in large construction projects.
