CONCENTRA VERHUIST NAAR NIEUWE KANTOREN

Op Linkeroever (Antwerpen) betrok Concentra in oktober 2009 haar nieuwe kantoren.
PROCOS stond in voor de ontwikkeling van het werkplekconcept en de space planning.
Bovendien begeleide het team Concentra met de selectie en aankoop van het kantoormeubilair.

CONCENTRA MOVES TO NEW OFFICES

Early 2010 the 400 people in the service organization ACERTA will move to their new corporate building in Wilrijk, Antwerp. The building is owned by VKW.
PROCOS is in charge of the interior design, space planning, technical concept ant the project management. Because of the intense collaboration in the team with VKW, ACERTA and the PROCOS staff, the project will be completed in time and within the budget.

PROCOS IMPLEMENTS WPI at PHILIPS EINDHOVEN

After the work for Philips Belgium and Luxemburg, PROCOS was asked to implement a new office concept in the Philips Lighting Headquarters in Eindhoven (Netherlands). With the WPI (Work Place Innovation) program, Philips wants to improve the office space.
PROCOS is in charge of the implementation of the concept (space planning, interior design), project management and change management.

PROCOS and MÖBIUS at PHILIPS

The 12th of February, PROCOS organized a seminar together with MÖBIUS at the Belgian Philips headquarters. This seminar gave an insight in the method to lower operational costs by being innovative in your work place design.
Together with Philips, we showed the audience during the well-attended 2 hour seminar a practical business case around space, processes and change management.

NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR PROCOS PORTUGAL

Since January, PROCOS Portugal has appointed Mr Pedro Garlito as new Managing Director of PROCOS Portugal.

MINISTRY OF HEALTH USES the PROJECT LIBRARY

September 2008, The Ministry of Health decided to use the PROCOS Project Library for the document management for the renovation of their offices in Paris. The project will run over a period of 5 years during which all project documents and communication will be managed by the Project Library.

LE FIGARO USES the PROJECT LIBRARY

For the construction of their new printing centre in Paris (France), Le Figaro is using the PROCOS Project Library during the entire project for their document and communication management. Design phase began in 2007 adding 71 users, and 2,000 documents on the Project Library. The intensive use of automated workflows makes this project a perfect example and reference for the advantages of using the Project Library in large construction projects.

FUTURE of FACILITY MANAGEMENT

Past year, we were invited to the EFMC conference in Manchester to present our thoughts on the future of FM. Strategic thinking is one of the challenges of the Facility Manager. Today probably the most important one. Which responsibilities will the Facility Manager have in 5-15-30 years?
