Masterplan and development of a new working space environment

Via a public tender, the VRT appointed PROCOS to draw up a masterplan for the entire office area for the broadcasting centre. This plan provided the circulation and the creation of a whole new reception room.

A new workplace concept was created based on the needs of the organisation. PROCOS drew up a policy, standards and a micro lay out while managing the project, communication and change.
