From needs, to concepts, strategy and implementation in just 7 months
Early 2019 the Ageas Group of insurance companies faced a building occupation paradigm shift with imminent transition to new facilities in Portugal. Ageas had to review its entire FM context and processes. The group was in urgent need of an experienced ethical advisor, a right hand to consult and guide them throughout this challenging project.
In collaboration with the internal FM team of the Ageas Portugal Group, PROCOS Group developed a detailed analysis of the existing situation (AS IS) and defined needs and future FM service requirements based on the European standard EN15221 - Facility Management. We prepared and managed the RFP to select an FM service provider and supported the Ageas Group in the technical evaluation of the proposals submitted by the competitors, using specific criteria, calculations and evaluation models for this project.
In full coordination with PROCOS Group, the Ageas Portugal Group carefully managed the available deadlines, and achieved the goal of outsourcing the provision of the Facility Management service by the end of 2019, spending only 7 months.
The new Facility Manager will support the Ageas Portugal Group in the management of its facilities and in the transition to the new headquarters buildings. Thanks to PROCOS Group, Ageas can now rely on excellence rated services and consultancy to support executive decision-making, in accordance with the latest international standards and the best existing practices.
