VIVO Wonen is concerned in managing, renting out and selling homes. For the most part, these properties are owned by funds managed by Round Hill Capital, but the properties can also be owned by third parties. With a management mandate for a total portfolio of more than 9,000 homes spread across the Netherlands, VIVO Wonen is one of the largest players in the Dutch rental housing market apart from cooperatives. To this end, VIVO Wonen has made itself into a compact and flexible organization with dedicated real estate professionals.
As a manager agent, VIVO Wonen is ultimately responsible for the management of the real estate portfolio. In this, high-quality (technical and administrative) management of the houses is of major importance for both the tenant and the owner. Due to the size and the national coverage, the daily property management gets outsourced to external managers who are strongly represented regionally and locally.
VIVO Wonen wants to distinguish itself as housing manager. They primarily do this by carefully dealing with the interests of their tenants. High-quality maintenance of homes and clear communication with the tenant is self-evident in this.
In order to meet its business objectives, VIVO Wonen have been looking for a supportive Management Information platform. VIVO Wonen placed high demands on the quality and on the integration possibilities that this information system had to be able to offer. This is why VIVO Wonen chose ARCHIBUS to be their integral Information Management platform.
Furthermore, an interface between ARCHIBUS and AFAS Financials has been developed.
