This joined journey unfolds in three distinct sub-tracks: a sponsor track designed for management, a co-creation track engaging ambassadors (employee representatives), and a track dedicated to the entire organization. We deploy a range of tools, including vision-forming, online surveys, workshops, interviews, town hall sessions, ADKAR polls, training and communication plans, to guarantee effective communication and collaboration with every person involved.
