Designing the right environment for creative thinking
Fortino Capital is a growth equity firm supporting entrepreneurs to lead their startups to sustainable growth. It is a young and dynamic company led by seasoned entrepreneur Duco Sickinghe. In 2018 Fortino established their Belgian offices at the new Post X site in Antwerp. Fortino required a needs assessment and a new, dynamic working environment for a large team in search of creativity and business ideas.
The team at Fortino are focused on accelerating digital businesses by providing them with capital, expertise and coaching. This activity demands a diverse team and a multifunctional working environment with open spaces, cockpits, break-out rooms and closed offices. We designed an workplace concept that creates a warm and homely feel. It is an environment where creative people feel inspired to come up with exciting business ideas during their brainstorm sessions.
One of the highlights is the coffee bar that quickly evolved into Fortino’s central meeting point in the office. Employees enjoy catching up on their ventures and sharing concepts over espressos and lattes.
PROCOS Group supported Fortino capital throughout the entire project and was responsible for the analysis of the needs , the vision, concept development, interior design, macro and micro layout. Additionally, our team drew up the specifications and bills of quantity, managed the project and performed the procurement process.
