D.A.S. – Brussel (BE)

How great design and smart facilities management foster growth

In 2019 D.A.S. decided to relocate its headquarters in Brussels. The company aimed to improve the working environment and mobility for its employees while further reducing operational costs.

PROCOS Group supported the D.A.S. team throughout the entire process and started with the development of a new concept. This was based on the choice to move to the eight floor of the “Seven” building in Brussels’ Northern Quarter. A completely different world compared to the previous location near Ter Kamerenbos in the South. The new offices provided light, openness and an impressive view. They offered the ideal circumstances for a new and dynamic working environment designed by PROCOS Group. With a large living room like entrance featuring a sofa, a large table and break-out spaces this project turned into an inviting space to collaborate. And the view from the terrace is spectacular.

PROCOS Group managed to boost the organization of D.A.S. Their insurance business employs file managers and operators to handle large volumes of administrative work. By relocating and redesigning, D.A.S. have created a working space that offers more fulfillment and job satisfaction. This new location is near a large public transport hub that improves mobility for commuters.

Our team was responsible for the adaptation and implementation of the new working environment. We created the concept, interior design, macro and micro layout.

Additionally, PROCOS Group drew up the technical specifications and bills of quantity , handled the project management and supervised the procurement process.
