Win the war for talent with smart office design
EY are one of the world’s largest consulting firms. Their move to new offices in Ghent required a qualitative and attractive working environment offering maximum convenience and comfort. EY are at a continuous “war for talent” with their competitors. A flexible, diverse working environment can close the deal with new recruits.
PROCOS Group offered guidance from the start of the project with EY. Based on a detailed analysis of the needs with interviews and workshops we defined the program of requirements and the guideline bundle. This concept enabled EY to brief the promoter to create the best possible working environment needed to welcome EY’s new employees.
Our team managed to translate EY’s employer brand in a strong design vision and concept. We were responsible for the interior design, macro and micro layout. Additionally, our team drew up the technical specifications and bills of quantity, handled the project management and coordinated the procurement process. Last but not least, PROCOS Group led the change management and communications throughout the process.
