200 Schools, 165 projects, 1.5 billion euros, all managed at the same time
«Scholen van Morgen» is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) aiming to improve the real estate portfolio of the schools in Flanders. The Flemish Government launched the project in 2008 with AG Real Estate and BNP Paribas Fortis as private partners. Its main objective is to renovate and build schools, sports infrastructure, and playgrounds.How could we assist the PPP vehicle in operating its real estate portfolio of 200 schools? How could we help the team to manage 165 different projects and a budget of 1.5 billion euros?
During the kick off of the project we supported the team in setting up project management procedures. Our Multi Project Manager (MP²) software tool offers a single shared platform for all partners involved.
The PPP manages a floor area of 625.000 m² using our predefined processes and shared data platform. Our dashboard and reporting tool provide immediate overview and enable the project management team to deliver within the scope of time and budget.
