New working environment at Post X
Storm is a Belgian wind farm developer, whose activities are mainly located in Flanders. Local residents can participate in the Storm wind farms and use renewable energy at a reduced rate. Due to the significant growth of the company over the last year, Storm had outgrown its office at Antwerp Linkeroever. The company relied on PROCOS Group to implement a new working environment for their team at the Post X site in Berchem.
A standard workplace was not an option; our consultants and designers were challenged to integrate Storm's activity into the new working environment.
The collaboration of all members of the project team, including engineers and contractors went very well. Having fun but focused on the targets our team was able to answer the requirements of Storm: the brainstorm room made from the lower part of the mast of a wind turbine, is one of the eyecatchers. Another cool detail is the design of the smaller spaces inspired by an old windmill sail. The ‘silence room’ is based on the library idea, thanks to the perfectly chosen details, breathes calmness and tranquility.
PROCOS Group supported Storm throughout the entire project and was responsible for the analysis, defining the vision, concept & interior design, macro and micro layout and project management.
